That’s why we welcome potential trainees, people who haven’t started courses yet, and why our start-here guide recommends lining up a supervisor before or while you study.
It works like a matchmaking site crossed with a job board, just for appraisers. Trainees and certified supervisors build profiles, we suggest matches, and contact details are only shared when both sides agree.
What we promise
- No fake listings. Every profile and opening is added by the person or firm it describes.
- Sourced rules. State information links to the official board and the source we used. If we haven’t verified something, we say “needs check”.
- Private by default. Your email and phone stay hidden until you accept a match.
- Clear ads. Sponsors are always labeled.
Supervisor Match is an independent site. It is not affiliated with any state board, the Appraisal Foundation or the Appraisal Subcommittee.
