Find your appraisal supervisor. Or your next trainee.

How it works
Three steps from “I need a supervisor” to your first inspection
Like a dating app, but for appraisal training. Nobody sees your contact details until you both accept.
01
Build your profile
Pick your track (residential or commercial), your home state and any metro areas. Trainees add education, hours and PAREA status. Supervisors add credentials and capacity.
02
Get matched
We suggest people who fit: same state or metro, same track, shared language and matching availability.
03
Connect privately
Tap “Express interest.” Your email and phone stay hidden until both sides accept. Then start training and log your hours.
The hardest step in an appraisal career, made simpler
Most trainees need a certified supervisor before they can log a single hour. Most supervisors want a trainee who’s a good fit. We put both in one place.
Supervisors get a 14-day free trial, then pay $15/mo (residential) or $25/mo (commercial). Trainees are free for their first 90 days, then $5/mo. Every plan includes one home state. Extra states are $9/mo and extra metro areas $5/mo. See pricing.
Who can supervise a trainee?
Under the national AQB criteria effective January 1, 2026, a supervisor must be a state-certified appraiser in good standing for at least 3 years, with no discipline affecting eligibility in the last 3 years, and must complete a supervisor/trainee course. Your state can be stricter, so check your state page.
How many trainees can one supervisor take?
The national limit is 3 trainees at a time, unless the state runs an approved progress-monitoring program. Some states set their own limits.
Who sees my contact details?
Nobody, until you both accept. When someone expresses interest, the other person decides. Passing is private. Once both sides say yes, you each see the other’s email and phone.
What is PAREA?
PAREA (Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal) is a way to earn experience through simulated, mentored training instead of working under a supervisor in the field. Read the PAREA guide.
Are profiles verified?
Every profile is opt-in. Before you start, always check a supervisor’s credential in the ASC National Registry and with your state board.
Do you cover Puerto Rico?
Yes. Puerto Rico has its own state page, all six Puerto Rico metro areas are available, and there is a guía en español.
